Responsibilities
* Use conceptual, creative, and critical thinking to create, design, analyze projects and execute on objectives and strategies as they relate to stage plays

* Liase with writers and directors

* Utilize strong problem solving skills to execute against key initiatives such as development and advertising of plays

* Assist in tracking the evolution of creative material as well as helping to identify potential projects for production consideration

* Attend workshops and readings of productions

* Script coverage, compiling writer / director / actor lists, research and writing detailed notes

* Evaluate different iterations of individual projects over time

* Assist in managing timelines for overall projects as well as tracks and plans

* Attend kick-off meetings, creative review meetings, and brainstorming sessions

* Leverages writing and editing skills to assist in the creation of promotional and creative materials
Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

* Understanding of stage plays, including genres, trends, and knowledge of which projects are in development

* At least 3 years of relevant experience in the entertainment / film industry

* Strong attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
